The Paathshala Guardian Programme
A caring adult supporting a child in a learning environment.
A caring adult supporting a child in a learning environment.

Behind every child’s progress is a team that listens, understands, and works together.
The Guardian Programme ensures that communication between families, schools, and support professionals never falls through the cracks.

A dedicated Paathshala Guardian becomes your consistent point of contact — an advocate who attends school meetings, interprets reports, and ensures every aspect of learning aligns with the child’s emotional and educational goals. It’s not just coordination — it’s care with continuity.

What it brings:

● A single, trusted link between home and school

● Alignment with EHCP outcomes and learning targets

● Regular, transparent updates

● Emotional reassurance for families navigating complex systems

A steady hand, a listening ear, and a shared commitment to every child’s journey.

Some learners need help not with what to learn, but how to learn.
The Student Navigator Programme offers one-to-one coaching to build essential executive function skills — like organisation, time management, and self-motivation — helping students navigate both schoolwork and daily life with growing independence.

With gentle guidance, learners discover their own strategies for success — developing confidence that reaches far beyond the classroom.

What it brings:

● Personalised coaching tailored to each learner’s style

● Practical tools for planning, focus, and problem-solving

● Emotional support for self-belief and persistence

● Improved confidence, consistency, and independence

Because learning how to learn can change everything.

Transitions can be exciting, but also unsettling.
Whether it’s starting a new school, moving to secondary, or preparing for exams — the change can feel huge.

Our Transition Toolkit Service helps families and students plan ahead with calmness and clarity. We work together to design a tailored transition plan that prepares your child emotionally, socially, and academically — so every next step feels supported and achievable.

What it brings:

● Personalised transition planning

● Emotional and academic readiness support

● Strategies to manage change with confidence

● Partnership with schools for seamless continuity.

Change feels smaller when someone walks beside you.

Learning isn’t only about information. It’s about emotion, expression, and connection.
The Mind & Heart Studio brings creativity into the learning process through art, music, and drama-based sessions designed to support emotional wellbeing and self-expression.

When children create, they also heal, connect, and discover new ways of understanding themselves and the world around them.

What it brings:

● Creative, therapeutic sessions integrated into learning plans

● Space for emotional expression through art, music, or drama

● Collaboration between tutors and creative practitioners

● A whole-child approach that balances wellbeing and progress.

Because when the heart feels safe, the mind is free to grow.
